If a purchase totaling $50.00 was made, and the shipping cost of the order was $10.00
The amount donated from this order would total: 20% of $50.00 ($10.00 donation)
CandlesForCure.com will never reduce the donation percentage below 20%

Our Shipping and Handling costs are calculated automatically through E-junkie (our shopping cart provider) and the United States Postal Service.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight in ounces, but in some instances the shipping cost calculations may not be exact due to the type of packaging required to ship certain quantities of candles or other factors.
In the case of a customer being undercharged for shipping cost : Our stance is that the customer deserves to be given the shipping rate which was originally quoted, and Candles For Cure will pay the difference.
In the case of a customer being overcharged for shipping cost: If there is a shipping cost miscalculation in the shopping cart, Candles For Cure will gladly reimburse the difference to the customer.
If you are attempting to place an order and feel that the quoted shipping rate is incorrect, or if you have any other questions regarding our shipping and handling policies, please e-mail us right away and we will do everything we can to address the issue promptly.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on candle products. There are several exceptions to this policy:
If your order is incorrectly filled: If we are in error, and send you the incorrect quantity, size, color or scent of candle (as listed on your order), we will gladly correct the problem and send you the correct candle(s) free of any charge. As our apology, the incorrect candle is yours to keep!
If your order contains defective products: Although we pride ourselves on selling only the highest quality, handmade candle products, if you happen to receive a candle that is damaged and unusable, we will pay for you to ship the defective product back to us, and we will simultaneously send you a replacement!
If your order is damaged in the shipping process: Our candles are packed and mailed with care, but if you do receive a shipment with broken candles, we will pay for you to ship the broken product back to us, and we will simultaneously send you a replacement!
Please note that these return policies are our good faith effort in providing you excellent service. If any attempts are made to misuse or take advantage of these policies, CandlesForCure.com reserves the right to deny these return policy terms on a case-by-case basis.
Candles For Cure reserves the right to change any of the policies or terms listed on this page at any time without advanced notification. In the event policies are changed, they will be reflected on this page immediately upon going into effect.
