It is estimated that over 5 million Americans suffer from Alzheimer’s Disease, and that a new case is developed every 71 seconds !  Alzheimer’s is currently the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.

There is currently no cure for Alzheimer’s, and unfortunately there is a general lack of funding in the area of Alzheimer’s research and study. Here at Candles for Cure, we aim to make a difference, however big or small, by helping to raise money for this cause!
